Suggested Uses

Use as a pesto or chimichurri, dipping or saute sauce, mix with oil and vinegar to make and excellent marinade, salad dressing or drizzle sauce over grilled meats or seafood. Fabulous as a pizza sauce or crostini topper. Use a a side sauce for dipping grilled meat. Some have been know to eat it with a spoon.
