Pina Colada Creamy Cole Slaw Dressing

  1. Whisk all but macadamia nuts or almonds and refrigerate till chilled.

Slaw Mix

  • 1 large bag of coleslaw mix (or 5 cups shredded cabbage)
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup coconut (I use unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  1. In a bowl, toss all ingredients together.
  2. Sprinkle with salt (optional) and set in refrigerator to chill.

Right before serving, toss slaw mix with desired amount of Pina Colada Creamy Slaw Dressing
