We’ve had instances where customers have placed an order and once received realize they did not like the product and have requested a refund. In all cases we have honored their request. We would ask that you be mindful of this when ordering.
All shipments are double-boxed and well protected. We rarely have an order arrive broken, but if your order is damaged during shipment contact us. If possible we ask that you take a picture of the damage and email it to us. This will allow us to file a claim with FedEx.
