Peach Pulled Pork

  1. 1. Place pork roast in slow cooker with soda and cook on high for 4-6 hours or until tender and falling apart.
  2. Drain liquid and fat from roast, remove bone if present and shred pork; this can be done in the slow cooker.
  3. Add 1 jar of Texas Brew Honey Roasted Peach Salsa and BBQ sauce to meat in slow cooker, stir to combine.
  4. Replace lid and cook for an additional 1-2 hours.

Serving Ideas: Serve on Kaiser Rolls, Hawaiian buns, sliders or as a burrito, quesadilla, pizza topping or taco filling. You can also serve this over rice or as a nacho topping on tortilla chips.
