- 1. Place pork roast in slow cooker with soda and cook on high for 4-6 hours or until tender and falling apart.
- Drain liquid and fat from roast, remove bone if present and shred pork; this can be done in the slow cooker.
- Add 1 jar of Texas Brew Honey Roasted Peach Salsa and BBQ sauce to meat in slow cooker, stir to combine.
- Replace lid and cook for an additional 1-2 hours.
