- In a large bowl, toss together tortellini, sausage, sweet tomatoes, spinach, pineapple and red onion.
- Pour Texas Brew Pineapple Vinaigrette over salad.
- Toss everything together, and serve while warm or chill and serve cold.
Texas Brew Fire Roasted Pineapple Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Texas Brew Honey Roasted Pineapple Salsa
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP. water
- 1 TBSP Texas Brew Hot Iron Habanero Salsa, optional
- 1 tsp honey, optional
- Salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
